This week, we are pleased to introduce you to Tania Sterl - a personal stylist, fashion expert, speaker, and published writer who loves to show women over 40 how to rediscover themselves through their personal style. Tania combines her 18 years of experience as a fashion designer with her intuition to create a style that is a reflection of one's unique personal desires, professional goals, and lifestyle.

Why women over 40?

Tania explains …

“I've noticed women go through more profound changes than men do at 40, 50, 60 and beyond. I have very active clients in their 70s, they are my ‘sheros!’

My favorite women to work with are women using their influence for a greater good. From influential women in male-dominated industries like finance, law, tech, cyber-securities, to women who are the name and face of their brands from fitness experts to opera singers, artists, speakers, composers.

I've had the honor and pleasure of styling women for their political campaign, TedX Talk, promotions, interviews, and the Red Carpet.

I support women in 2 ways: inner and outer. The inside woman, their style and self-care routines so that they can focus on putting themselves first, and support them if they feel they've left themselves behind, after a divorce or job loss and get their groove back. Like a mirror, I help them to "see" themselves and create a vision for their style that is in tune with their lifestyle goals.

The outside woman, using clothing to create that outer confidence to be seen and go out and conquer their day, their role, and achieve their goals. Tania's passion is to guide women to embrace their beauty and embody their style through life's changes, with ease, grace, and joy.”
