With a professional background in marketing, communications, sales and advertising, Susan identified the need for a stand-alone multimedia platform profiling women leaders in order to inspire and encourage more women to pursue leadership roles worldwide. She initially created Women to Watch® as a live weekly radio show which quickly developed into digital, print, social media, events and video production.
