Women to Watch: Sonsoles


Today marks the beginning of our WOMEN TO WATCH WEDNESDAY and it is my sincere pleasure to introduce you to a line of hair care products that I’ve been RAVING about every opportunity I get since I first tried it several months ago (Yes, I promise it’s THAT good!). We carried Better Not Younger products at our Ridgewood, NJ Pop Up Shop this past fall, so of course, I had to give the hair products a whirl to support a fellow female go-getter. After using them, I can honestly say that these products, formulated for women in their 40s and beyond, has changed my hair for … well … the “better”!  **As we age, our hair changes. Better Not Younger is the only hair care line that acknowledges, repairs and restores a woman’s aging hair.** 

In her late 40s at the time of the company’s conception, Sonsoles Gonzales felt her skin and hair changing. At the same time, she was wrapping up her corporate life, which involved working for big beauty companies, such as Pantene. Ready to retire, but not quite “disappear”, she became obsessed with wanting to change the narrative society has around women and aging. Her solution: a line of hair care products that makes women feel better about themselves. She combined her passion with her knowledge and Better Not Younger was born.  What inspires Sonsoles to keep going with her business? The women in their 40s and 50s who reach out to share how happy they are with the Better Not Younger hair products. We can certainly relate to how they feel!
